great location in old town, friendly owner, clean rooms and kitchen

Good location in the old town of Dubrovnik. Good swimming possibility close to the apartment. Friendly staff.

It´s not easy to arrive at the apartment if you have a lot of luggage because you have to walk and climb many stairs in the old town, which cannot be reached by a car.

I recently stayed at Apartments Abjanic for a few days and had an incredible time. The location of the hotel is just perfect - it's situated in the heart of the old city near the walls, but still close enough to all the amenities without being noisy. The beautiful port is only a 5-minute walk away, making it convenient for exploring the area. One of my favorite features was the covered terrace, which was perfect for enjoying meals and simply relaxing. Nevena, the owner/manager, was extremely lovely and helpful, adding a personal touch to our stay.

We left our big luggage at the bus station because access would have been difficult.

We were blown away by the incredible view from the balcony of our apartment. The old town and the sea stretched out before us, creating a magical atmosphere. Ivana, who checked us in, was incredibly helpful and provided valuable information on the best places to visit. We also appreciated how easy it was to contact her whenever we needed assistance.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel's general areas. The vintage furniture and cozy ambiance made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for us. The staff was always there to assist and the level paths and lack of stairs made it easy for me to navigate the premises.

It would have been ideal if the vacation for senior people offered more organized activities or excursions. The children working there did their best to provide information but having a dedicated program tailored to seniors would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

The Abjanic hotel in Dubrovnik provided a delightful stay with its excellent database and well-maintained facilities. The windowsills and two bedside tables were generally clean, and the spacious bedroom offered a comfortable and relaxing environment. the room was equipped with all necessary amenities to ensure a hassle-free stay, from a cozy bed to a functional bathroom.

Specifically, there were small bits of plaster falling off from the ceiling in a few places.

The studio had everything we needed for a short holiday and the terrace was very nice. Great location within easy walking distance to everything.

These apartments have everything you need, like free Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchens. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with air-conditioning to keep you cool. The satellite TV is a nice touch for when you want to relax and watch something. The duplex studio apartment is perfect for a small family or group of friends. The refrigerator and stovetop in each apartment make it easy to cook your own meals. The charming studio apartment can comfortably fit up to four people. It's great that there's a washing machine, kitchen, and dishwasher in this apartment.

Personally, I found the dishwasher in the kitchen a bit unnecessary, but some might enjoy it.

The location of this apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! It was right against the wall of the old town, and just a stone's throw away from one of the most beautiful swimming beaches. The host gave us some great tips for places to eat, like the amazing restaurant Azure that was literally around the corner. Despite being only a 3-minute walk from the main street, the apartment was tucked away and wonderfully quiet. It was such a thrill to stay somewhere so incredibly dramatic and right in the heart of the city. The apartment itself was bright and spacious, with comfortable beds and a newly renovated bathroom with a fantastic shower. The AC was a super bonus, especially during those hot summer days. The location also provided easy access to the amazing cliffside bars, which were just a short walk away. Having an outside space in such a central location was jaw-dropping, and the owner even offered us a place to store our luggage before our evening departure. Not to mention, being just a few steps from safe swimming off the rocks outside the city walls was simply incredible. The apartment also had great amenities like Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and all the necessary cookware and kitchen utensils. we had a fantastic stay and wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else.

The apartment is in middle of the old town of Dubrovnik, with all good and bad sides of that. It is nice to be near of all attractions, in the old romantic house with antique furniture.

It is difficult to manage with luggage and walk many steps by stairs. The apartment was old, kitchen not very clean, internet works only outside, not in the apartment. However, the whole stay was pleasant (for one night) as a romantic experience.

This was a lovelly apartment on the top floor , fantastic location , you could almost lean over the balcony and touch the city wall ! full of charachter in a very old building , added to by the owners slightly quirky taste which made it stand out. It has one bedroom with a double and 2 singles with a balcony overlooking the city wall and sea { go down the stairs out of the apartment and through the little door in the city wall and you find yourself in a bar on the rocks fantastic location ] . there is a dining room area and kitchen , a second balcony at the back with table and chairs and a small spiral stair up to a roof attic space with 2 more single beds . And finally the owners who were absolutely lovely , who gave us fresh just cooked filo meat and potato pie , some beer and fresh fruit on arrival. Would definately recommend!
